I know what it’s like to feel sluggish and exhausted ... knowing that your health is declining and not having the energy to “deal” with it. Trying to get by each and every day feeling completely mentally and physically drained.
I WAS THERE ...
I developed digestive issues, I became sensitive to many foods, I began experiencing skin breakouts, my energy levels dropped, I had mood swings, and I started to gain weight around my tummy.
I became too self-conscious in my own body. I couldn’t focus at work. This wasn't just affecting my health, but also my self-confidence and my social life. It took me years to finally say 'THAT’S IT - I need a fix!'
I decided to study Holistic Nutrition, which led me into the exploration of healing foods and improved health. I wanted to understand what was happening in my body and learn to heal naturally. I learned that our mindset plays a huge role in healing.
I was able to reverse my health issues, regain my energy, my glow, and my confidence.
