Thank you Amy from Fit & Fierce over 40 for inviting me to teach a cooking class with your amazing ladies. We made these (very versatile) zucchini fritters, and served them with a wholesome arugula salad. We also discussed about the importance of gut health and how the ingredients incorporated in our meal help our gut, prevent inflammation and nourish our body. It was a lovely virtual gathering.
