Part 2: How to make a Matcha Coconut smoothie in 1 minute

This is part 2 of my coconut milk video collection. We have made the coconut milk, now we are going to add a little bit of flavour to it for a delicious, nutritious smoothie experience! For this recipe I'm going to use one of my favourite superfoods, matcha powder! It is literally stone ground green tea powder, packed with anti-oxidants, fiber, chlorophyll and vitamins. Matcha helps fight inflammation and free-radicals. It can help lower cholesterol, provide an energy boost and prevent disease. In fact, one glass of matcha is equivalent to 10 glasses of green tea!

All you will need for this smoothie is the following:
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup homemade coconut milk
  • 1/2 tsp matcha powder
 Blend and enjoy!
