This is my very first attempt at making a cooking video. I decided to pick one of my favourite ingredients for it - Coconuts! They are healthy and packed with fatty acids and lauric acid which help fight bacteria just as well as antibiotics and improve digestion.
For this recipe you only need two simple ingredients:
- 2 cups of unsweetened shredded coconuts
- 4 cups of warm water
*Store it in the fridge for up to 3 days.
In my next video I will show you how to make a delicious smoothie using what you just made, and also how to use the coconut leftovers in baking. Stay tuned!
